4.4 Mounting
To install the system, proceeds as follows.

4.4.1 Air inlet module to filter base

To mount the air inlet module, proceed as follows.

• Tighten a locknut (E) onto the screw studs (D).
• Mount the air inlet (F) to the top-piece (G) using a screw
stud (D), a distance tube (C), 2 washers (B) and another
locknut (A) at each corner. Fasten securely.

• Place the top-piece on the filter base.
• Fasten top-piece on filter base using 4x bolt M8, 8x washer
and 4x nut.
ATTENTION
During mounting, do not stand in the middle section
of the filter cover plate. Only the rim is strong enough
for standing (max. 100 kg/220 lbs).

• Place the labyrinth spark arrester (lower part) (C) on the
filter cartridge.
• Place the labyrinth spark arrester (upper part) (B).
• Place the lid (A) and fasten on screw studs using 4x washer
+ 4x nut.
