4.4.2 Filter base on frame

The filter base frame consists of two parts.
• Extend the adjusting feet min. 70 mm.
ATTENTION
If the adjusting feet are extended less than 70 mm,
the drum won't fit.
To mount the filter base on the frame, proceed as follows.

• Insert connectors (B) halfway in frame legs (C).
• Insert bolts + washers in lower holes. Loosely tighten bolts.
• Place filter base (A) on legs.
• Insert bolts + washers in upper holes. Tighten all bolts
firmly.

4.4.3 Control box
The control box is pre-mounted on the filter base frame. It is
possible to change the position of the control box to any other
side of the frame. For this purpose each side of the frame
contains pre-drilled holes.
• If desired/necessary, change position of the control box.
• Place filter unit on its final position.

4.4.4 Extraction fan

• Place the extraction fan on the fan frame.

In the standard configuration, the inspection cover is located on
the front side. It is possible to change the inspection cover to
the side or the rear.
• If desired/necessary, change position of inspection cover.

4.4.5 Connection of filter unit to fan

The outlet of the filter unit is fitted with a connection ring. Other
necessary parts:
- adapter Ø 400 mm
- duct connector Ø 400 mm with KEN-LOK sealing
To connect the filter unit to the fan, proceed as follows.

• Mount the adapter (B) on the connection ring (A). Do not
slide the adapter all the way over the ring, but leave approx.
20 mm.

• Secure adapter using 4 self-tapping screws.

• Seal the pieces using duct tape (preferably two laps).
• Mount the duct connector (C) to the adapter (B). Secure
using 4 self-tapping screws.
• Place the fan.
• Check that fan inlet and filter outlet are on the same level.
If necessary, adjust the adjusting feet.
• Slide the duct connector all the way inside the inlet opening
of the fan.

Demount the connection ring from the filter base to
facilitate assembly. Use a cordless drill with long pin to
place back.
ATTENTION
Make sure both filter unit and extraction fan are level.
To check, put the level in vertical position on the filter
base (so not on the frame).
