13. Simple Troubleshooting
Before asking for servicing, check the following points.
Problem
No power supplied
Failure to interact
with the PC
* For further details, especially troubles you have after making connection and power ON, the
chapter of Troubleshooting in the Application Manual.
* Is the power cable plugged in tightly?
* Is the IP address as specified?
* Is the LAN cable type (straight or cross) as specified?
* Is the LAN cable tightly connected?
* Is the hub power on?
* Is connection with the hub as specified?
