- PRESET PROGRAMS.-
This monitor has 6 preset programs (Rolling, Fat Burn, Aerobic, Hill run, Hill climb, Intervals).
With
the
monitor
displaying
the
Main
Screen, Screen 1, press
the
Profils
key
Screen 12 will appear.
Press
a
key for
program and this will take you to Screen 13, here is where you have to select the exercise level.
Press enter to confirm and Screen 13 will be displayed. Select your weight, press enter and then select the
time. Pulse enter para comenzar el ejercicio.
During exercise the R.P.M
at which the brake controller operates correctly. Increase the exercise rhythm.
If you stop exercising, first the R.P.M
pause symbol pause will appear. If the machine is not operated within the one minute pause period, Screen
6 will be shown, giving you the statistics for the average values obtained during the exercise session. These
values will be displayed for 15 seconds and conclude the exercise.
