5. Operation
5.1

Switching on and off

1. Switch on the FWA 6620 / 6720 / 6820 by way of the
on/off switch on the multiple socket inside of the
trolley.
2. Switch on the PC/laptop by way of the switch on the
front side.
 The operating system boots automatically.
 Program is started automatically.
Warning!
Risk of damage to the eyes!

Do not look directly in the LED spotlight
during measuring!

The wheel alignment program
FWA 6620 / 6720 / 6820 must be shut down prior to
switching off the PC/laptop.
i
Prior to being switched on again, the
FWA 6620 / 6720 / 6820 should have been switched
off for at least 60 seconds.

5.2

Aligning the camera beam

5.2.1 Preparation
i
Keep an approximate height distance of 700 mm
between camera beam and lift or pit workspace.
i
During the wheel alignment, always keep an approxi-
mate height distance of 650 - 750 mm between the
camera beam and lift or pit workspace.

5.2.2 Performing the wheel alignment test

The test must be performed for manual and electri-
cal adjustment of the camera beam.
1. Select the button "Program settings / mainte-
nance" in the program overview.
