Montageanleitung
Die Kapitel 2 und 3 sind zwin-
gend vor der Inbetriebnahme
des Rohrbandschleifers zu le-
sen.
• Nur Rohrbandschleifer,
Wellen und Schleifbänder
in einwandfreiem Zustand
verwenden.
• Rohrbandschleifer nur bei
ausgeschaltetem und still-
stehendem Antrieb auf die
Welle montieren.
• Schleifbänder nur bei aus-
geschaltetem und stillste-
hendem Antrieb montieren.
• Schleifband vor Gebrauch
überprüfen.
• Die Antriebsrolle muss
zentrisch und am Anschlag
positioniert montiert sein.
• Die maximal zulässige Ge-
schwindigkeit des Schleif-
bandes darf keinesfalls
überschritten werden.
• Länderspezifische Vorschrif-
ten sind zu beachten.
• Schutzmassnahmen tref-
fen, wenn beim Arbeiten
gesundheitsschädliche,
brennbare oder explosive
Stäube entstehen können.
Staubschutzmaske tragen
und, wenn anschliessbar,
eine Staub-/Späneabsau-
gung verwenden.

Les chapitres 2 et 3 doivent
impérativement être lus avant la
mise en service de la meuleuse
à bande pour tubes.
• Utiliser uniquement des
meuleuses à bande pour
tubes, des arbres et des
bandes abrasives en excel-
lent état.
• Ne monter la meuleuse à
bande pour tubes sur l'arbre
que si l'entraînement est à
l'arrêt et immobile.
• Ne monter les bandes abra-
sives que si l'entraînement
est à l'arrêt et immobile.
• Contrôler la bande abrasive
avant emploi.
• Le rouleau d'entraînement
doit être monté de manière
centrée et contre la butée.
• La vitesse maximale auto-
risée de la bande abrasive
ne doit en aucun cas être
dépassée.
• Respecter les prescriptions
spécifiques au pays.
• Prendre des mesures de
sécurité, lorsque des pous-
sières nuisibles à la santé,
inflammables ou explosives
peuvent être générées lors
du travail. Porter un masque
anti-poussières et utiliser
un dispositif d'aspiration de
poussières/de copeaux s'il
est possible de raccorder
un tel dispositif.

Assembly instructions
It is imperative that you read
Sections 2 and 3 before
starting up the pipe belt
grinder.
• Use only pipe belt grinders,
shafts, and grinding belts
that are in perfect working
order.
• Mount the pipe belt grinder
on the shaft only when the
drive has been switched
OFF and is stationary.
• Mount the grinding belts
only when the drive has
been switched OFF and is
stationary.
• Check the grinding belt
before use.
• The driver roller must be in-
stalled centrally and aligned
to the stop.
• Under no circumstances
must the grinding belt
exceed the max permitted
speed.
• Observe national regula-
tions.
• Take protective measures
when dust can develop dur-
ing working that is harmful
to one's health, cumbustible
or explosive. Wear a dust
mask and work with dust/
chip extraction when con-
nectable.
