1. Install Brackets on (4) 4'' x 4'' x 120'' uprights as shown in (Fig. 3) and (Fig 3a).
2. Install 5/4'' x 4'' and 4'' x 4'' boards to create (2) frames as shown in (Fig. 3b) and (Fig. 3c).
