Checking the metering head screws
The tightening torques of the metering head screws are
attached to the pump heads using adhesive labels. In
addition, these are specified in the
the dosing valve in the correct position' on page 152 and in
Ä Chapter 14.6 'Tightening torques' on page 173
the
chapter.
Visual inspection: Check leak-tightness of connection parts.
Visual inspection of metering lines
Check the suction and pressure lines for leak-free connection Operator
Check the suction and pressure valves for dirt and tightness.
Check the drainage connection on pump head (broken
diaphragm)
Check correct metering
Checking the metering head screws
The tightening torques of the metering head screws are

Prescribed maintenance arising from the pump due to a
material dependence between the pump and the chemicals
used should be performed.
This is the case when a metering chemical has been set from
a database imported to the pump (
7.10.10.3 'Chemical selection from an integrated database'
on page 104).
