This section describes possible installation problems with the 3Com
USB Network Interface and tells you how you can solve them.
You should also check the readme.txt file included on the Driver
Diskette. Any last minute information that was not available at the
time this guide was published, is included in this file.
Problems with Installation
Use the chart shown in Figure 2 if you have problems while installing
the USB Network Interface.
Using the LEDs to Diagnose Problems
The table below describes LED behavior in the event of abnormal
operating conditions of the USB
LED: Operating state

OFF ON The USB Network Interface has failed its
self-diagnostics at start-up. Contact your
supplier.
