12.1. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
Sophysa recommends continuous vigilance to ensure that
the Monitor, its cables and accessories are in good operating
condition for every new patient.
Charge the battery no less frequently than every 2 months, to
preserve the battery service life.

12.2. MAINTENANCE
Return the Monitor, its accessories and cables to Sophy-
sa every 24 months for maintenance, including calibra-
tion verification.
13. Recycling
The Monitor must be properly recycled or destroyed in ac-
cordance with local regulations.
To avoid any contamination, or infection of personnel, the
environment or equipment, correctly disinfect and decon-
taminate the Monitor before discarding or recycling it.
