The warranty period is of 12 months starting from the equipment's installation date since the installation
be made during the 90 days after the purchasing date and under the terms of this certificate.
1 - The maximum storage period must be 3 months from the purchasing date. In the case of this period is
exceeded, the warranty period will start counting even if the product is kept in storage.
2 - Upholstered parts are under warranty for 6 months.
3 - Operating light mirror, fuses, wires, and transformers are not covered by this warranty.
4 - The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defected parts and does not cover defects originated
by:
a) Non-observance of the use and maintenance instructions;
b) Falls, crashes and inadequate storage;
c) Effects caused by the agents of nature;
d) Damage caused to the upholstered parts, due to improper use of chemical products, exposure to
inadequate weather conditions, contact with fabrics, leather, disposable gloves, paints, pigmented
detergents, cutting or piercing objects;
e) Damage to painted parts and plastic covers caused by improper use of chemical products or by contact
with disposable gloves and cutting or piercing objects;
f) Connection with the wrong voltage power supply.
5 - This warranty will cease when:
a) The warranty period expires;
b) The user makes any changes to the product or uses inappropriate accessories;
c) For adulterations in the Warranty Certificate, purchase, installation or service document;
d) Installation and technical service is done by an unauthorized technician;
e) The equipment is stored for more than 6 months after the invoice issuing date;
f) For the use of spare parts other than Olsen originals.
6 - The repairing or replacement of parts under the warranty period will not extend its original expiring date.
7 - The expenses resulted from the equipment's installation, scheduled maintenance, travel and accommodation
costs of the service staff involved in the calls for service for the equipment's installation or repair will run
under the owner's responsibility and in accordance with the distributor's norms.
8 - The customer, after checking the installation, must keep the purchasing invoice and the equipment's serial
number until the warranty period ends, as in the case of service needed, the serial number, the invoice
number, and purchasing or installation date will be required.
9 - On all calls for service during the warranty period, the equipment's serial number and a copy of the purchasing
or installation invoice must be shown. In the case of this information is not presented, the service will not be
done under warranty.
