3-1. 布(フライ)のセットの仕方
3-1. Setting the cloth (fly)

1. 布送り棒(1)を穴ボルト(2)に当たるまで左に移動させます。
2. 電源スイッチを ON にします。
3. 布(フライ)を送り台(3)上に置き、布セットガイド横 L(4)、R(5)に当たるまで押し込みます。
* この時、布の右端が布セットガイド縦(6)に当たっていることを確認してください。
4. 縦縫い代(図の<a>)と横縫い代(図の<b>)を調節します。(調節できる範囲は上記表のとおりです。また、調節できる範囲は
仕様によって異なります。)
・ 縦縫い代は、締ねじ(7) [4 本]をゆるめ、布セットガイド横 L(4)、R(5)を前後に移動させて調節します。
・ 横縫い代は、締ねじ(8) [2 本]をゆるめ、布セットガイド縦(6)を左右に移動させて調節します。
1. Move the cloth feed bar (1) to the left until it touches the bolt (2).
2. Turn on the power switch.
3. Place the cloth (fly) on top of the feed base (3) and push it in so that it touches the cloth set guide <horizontal> L (4) and
cloth set guide <horizontal> R (5).
* Check that the right edge of the cloth (fly) is straight against the left edge of the cloth set guide <vertical> (6) at this
time.
4. Adjust the vertical sewing margin (<a> in the illustration) and the horizontal sewing margin (<b> in the illustration). (The
adjustment ranges are shown in the above table. In addition, the possible adjustment ranges will vary depending on the
sewing machine specifications.)
・ To adjust the vertical sewing margin, loosen the four screws (7), and then move the cloth set guide <horizontal> L (4)
and the cloth set guide <horizontal> R (5) forward or backward.
・ To adjust the horizontal sewing margin, loosen the two screws (8), and then move the cloth set guide <vertical> (6)
sideways.

送り土台 L と R の取り付け位置を変えることにより、いずれかの縦縫い代を選択することができます。(P.5 参照)

[ご注意]
布送り板 R(9)が原点位置にあるときに、補助押え腕(10)を
作動させ、 板ばね(11)と干渉し合っていないことを確認して
ください。
[NOTE]
Check that the sub clamp wrist (10) moves without
interfering with the plate spring (11) when the cloth feed
plate R (9) is at the home position.
