4. Commissioning; Function test
After the coding was successful, the trailer connection unit has to be put "In Operation" by using the
ODIS Tester. "In operation" (commissioning) is done via the function "Guided function" and the
subfunction "Commissioning" via diagnostic address 69.
After a successfully carried-out "commissioning" of the trailer connection unit, it is mandatory to do
the activation of the trigger button of the swivel hitch for the complete travel of the hitch to learn the
start and end stops initially. For this purpose, the trigger button must be pressed until the hitch has
done the complete travel way from the start point to the end point and back to the stop of the start
point.
Function test
Check all functions using a suitable test device.
