(3) When the hole depth reaches about 5mm, the hole position can be determined. Then
remove the bit from the metal cup saw and continue drilling the hole.
CAUTION: Before removing the hammer bit, always disconnect the plug from the outlet rst.
3. How to remove the metal cup saw.
Holding the demolition hammer (with the metal cup saw inserted) in an upward position, ope-
rate the hammer drill to repeat the impact operation two or three times, whereby the screw is
loosened and the hammer is ready for removal (Fig 14).
Remove the hacksaw from the hammer, hold the hacksaw with one hand, and hit the SDS MAX
head hard with a hand hammer two or three times, making the round head screw loosen and
the demolition hammer ready for disassembly (Fig 15).
CHANGE OF GREASE
The low-viscosity grease is applied to the demolition hammer, so that it can be used for a long
period without having to replace the grease. Please contact the nearest service center to repla-
ce the grease when the grease is leaking to the outside.
CAUTION: A SPECIAL GREASE is used for this machine, therefore, the normal operation of the
machine can be seriously a ected if other greases are used. DO NOT USE OTHER GREASE.
Please make sure that one of our service agents does the respective grease replacement proce-
dure. When you are going to replace the grease yourself, please follow the following order:
CAUTION: Before replacing grease, leave the tool in the OFF position anddisconnect the plug
from the power source.
(1) Remove the cap from the oil tank or reservoir and wipe o the internal grease. (Fig. 16)
(2) Supply 30g of electric demolition hammer grease (Standard accessory, tube content) on the
connecting rod.
