4. Preparation
Coupling:
Approximate the tractor to the machine,
1.
aligning the tractor power take-off to the
machine's drive shaft;
Start the coupling by the left arm (A),
2.
then the right (B) and finally the hydraulic
cylinder (C);
Lock the arms with the locking pins (E),
3.
provided with the machine;
NOTE!
Engage the hydraulic cylinder body
(C) on the machine and the hydraulic
cylinder rod on the tractor.
Connect the two hoses to a valve on
the tractor remote control.
The hydraulic flow valve controls the
flow of the oil and, consequently, the
speed at which the hydraulic cylinder
extends and returns. It is important to
regulate the opening of this valve in
order to obtain a soft movement of the
cylinder, without making the machine
bounce. The optimal setting depends
on the flow rate of the tractor's
hydraulic system used.
It is recommended some practical tests
to be performed, so that you can find
the best adjustment: open the valve
a bit, activate the cylinder and observe
the movement. If necessary, repeat
the procedure by changing the valve
opening.
