4. Preparation
NOTE!
A practical way to assemble the kernel
cracker (or the smooth plate) on the
machine is to place it on the rotor and,
with your hands, rotate both together
(the rotor and the kernel cracker)
making the part enter the casing.
Note that the kernel must be inserted
from the side without the two fixing
holes.
To maintain efficiency in breaking
of the kernels, periodically clean the
kernel.
