SYMPTOMS
The pump is not working or there is no
fluid delivery.
The pump begins to operate very fast. Pump dry-runing. The drum is empty.
The pump keeps on operating
although the fluid outlet is closed.
Air leabreage through the air outlet

Ink flow out put too low or diminishes
over time.

La bomba no funciona o no hay
entrega de fluido.
La bomba empieza a funcionar mucho
más aprisa.
La bomba sigue funcionando aunque
se cierre la salida de fluido.
Perdida de aire por el escape de aire.
Disminución del caudal entregado.

POSSIBLE REASONS
No suitable air supply pressure.
Some outlet circuit element is clogged or closed.
There is an air pocket in fluid inlet area.
Air in pump.
There is a fluid leakage at some point in the circuit.
Contamination in the piston valve (88).
Contamination in the foot valve (92).
Damage or worm piston O-ring (45).
The air seal of the inventor assembly is damaged and
worm (8).
Damage or worm spool seals.
Contamination in the foot valve (92).
Contamination in the piston valve (88).
The exhaust muffler is clogged log compressed air dirt
or lubricant.

POSIBLES CAUSAS

Presión de suministro de aire no adecuada.
Algún elemento del circuito de salida está obstruido o
cerrado.
Se han creado bolsas de aire alrededor de la zona de
succión de la bomba.
Se ha formado una cavidad de aire en la bomba.
La bomba está funcionando en seco, depósito vacío.
Existe fuga en algún punto del circuito.
Válvula de impulsión (88) no cierra por impurezas.
Válvula de entrada (92) no cierra por impurezas o por
deterioro.
Junta del émbolo de aire desgastada (45).
Junta del pistón sensor desgastada (8).
Juntas de la corredera inversora desgastadas.
Válvula inferior con impurezas (92).
Pistón con impurezas (88).
El silenciador está colmatado por impurezas o lubricante
del aire comprimido.
SOLUTIONS
Increase the air supply pressure.
Clean or open the outlet circuit.
Bleed the air.
Bleed the air.
Replace the drum.
Verify and tighten or repair.
Disassemble and clean. Replace if damaged.
Disassemble and clean. Replace if damaged.
Replace O-ring (45).
Replace the air seal (8).
Replace the seals (18) and (20).
Remove and clean (92).
Replace if damaged.
Remove and clean.
Replace if damaged (88).
Replace the muffler left (30) (31).
SOLUCIONES
Incremente la presión del aire de suministro.
Limpie o abra el circuito de salida.
Purgue el aire.
Purgue la bomba.
Llene el depósito.
Verifique y apriete o repare.
Desmonte y limpie.
Desmonte y limpie. Sustituya en caso de deterioro
(92).
Sustituya la junta (45).
Sustituya la junta (8).
Sustituya las juntas (18) y (20).
Desmonte y limpie.
Sustituya en caso de deterioro (92).
Desmonte y limpie.
Sustituya en caso de deterioro (88).
Reemplace el fieltro del silenciador (30) (31).
