7-18 Replacing the Gun Solenoid

1. Remove the Gun Body.
2. Disconnect the solenoid connector.
3. Remove the button head screw (M3x8) and remove the Solenoid Bracket.
4. Remove the cap screw (M3x5) and remove the Earth terminal and tooth washer (M3).
5. Remove 2off pozi head screws (M4x6), with flat and spring washers, and remove the
Slide Bracket.
6. Remove 4off cap screws (M3x5) and remove the Solenoid Unit.
7. Remove the Rubber Spacer from the Solenoid Unit. Take care not to lose the spring
while removing the Rubber Spacer.

8. Reassemble in reverse order. Pay attention to the installing order of the E-type Stop
Ring and Rubber Spacer and the direction of the Spring.

After replacing the solenoid Unit, go to Test Mode to check operation.
