Types of installation

The oven must only be installed in adequately ventilated places observing current national and local
regulations, and preferably under an extraction hood.
The type of the installation is indicated on the oven's label.
Installers will appraise onsite which fume extraction system is the most suitable for the room.
A-type installation :
Basing on A-type installation, ovens can be simply installed in a ventilated room observing current
national and local regulations. It is always advisable to sent them under an extraction hood to let
combustion steam and gases to escape.
B-type installation :
Basing on B-type installation, ovens must be connected to an escape pipe to provide combustion gases a
natural escape. Connect a pipe adequate in diameter
In case of an installation under a hood, the connection chimney should be raised up to an adequate height
in order to set the distance between the end of the chimney and the hood filter between 180 mm e 250
mm.
In this type of installation an appropriate gas interception valve must be used to fit the extractor hood.
