2.6 - Calibration

Five torque measures are used to calibrate the tool in the sixth menu item:
Action
Press to start the Calibration.
Tighten. The real torque value must be measured by
means of an external measuring system: torque
wrench, CP torque measuring system (Delta,
Sigma)...
Press or to reach the externally measured
torque value.
Press to validate.
Etc. for the following torque measures.
Tighten. The real torque value is measured by the
external measuring system.
Press or to reach the externally measured
torque value.
Press to validate.
Press during 3 s to validate the calibration.

2.7 - To leave the programming / Escape

To save the parameters - Action
Press during at least 3 s to save the parameters.
To quit without saving - Action
1 From the parameter choice mode, press
until "ESC" is displayed.
2 Press tovalidate.
By default, if no key is pressed during 60s, the tool goes back in tightening mode without saving parameters.

6th menu item - Calibration (5 torque measures):
"CAL" is displayed. The "C" LED lights ON.
"-C1-" is displayed.
The torque value "XX.X" measured by the TFlex tool is
flashing.
The torque value "XX.X" equals the externally measured
torque value for C1.
"-C2-" is displayed.
Etc. for the following measures: "C2", "C3", "C4" and,
finally, "-C5-" is displayed.
The torque value "XX.X" measured by the TFlex tool is
flashing.
The torque value "XX.X" equals the externally measured
torque value for C5.
"END" is displayed. The "C" LED lights OFF.
"--" is displayed.
Ready to tighten.
Display / Result
The parameters are saved. The tool goes back into
tightening mode. "--" is displayed.
Ready to tighten.
Display / Result
No parameters are saved. The tool goes back into
tightening mode. "--" is displayed.
Ready to tighten.
