Replacement of sound output module PCB10
Place main chassis in service position
Connect the ESD mat to the chassis
Disconnect all the plugs of PCB10
Remove the cloth front
Replace PCB10
Mount the cloth front
Reconnect all plugs for PCB10
Place main chassis in correct position
Disconnect the ESD mat from the main chassis
Finish the on-site service
- Unscrew the 2 screws in the main chassis holder and place the main chassis in
service position. See #5 Main chassis in service position for further information.
- Connect one of the ground cords to the aerial input on the main chassis using
an alligator clip. Connect the other ground cord to the wrist strap.
Please note: Disconnect the plugs 10P030 and 10P031 by pushing the "lock"
towards the plug and at the same time pulling the plug outwards.
- Disconnect the plugs 10P028, 10P030, 10P031, 10P032.
- Disconnect 10P033, using a pair of tweezers to unlock the cable (see

- Unscrew the 4 screws (M) holding PCB10 (see
the cables from the holder. Replace it with a new module. Place the cables as
before. Fasten the screws.

- Connect the cables to PCB10 like before replacement (see
