Replacement of satellite module PCB20
Connect the ESD mat to the chassis
Remove cover of PCB20
Loosen screws of PCB20
Disconnect PCB20
Replace PCB20
Fasten cover of PCB20
Disconnect the ESD mat from the main chassis
Finish the on-site service

Replacement of motor stand control module PCB80
Place main chassis in service position
Connect the ESD mat to the chassis
Disconnect PCB80
Replace and reconnect PCB80
- Connect one of the ground cords to the aerial input on the main chassis using
an alligator clip. Connect the other ground cord to the wrist strap.
- Unscrew the 3 screws (J) holding the plastic cover which hides PCB20 (see
Remove the cover by pulling it downwards.
- Unscrew the 4 screws (K) holding PCB20 (see
outwards, a few centimeters, and then pull it down.
- Disconnect PCB20 by disconnecting 20P025 (see
- PCB20 can now be replaced by the new PCB20.
- Mount the cover for PCB20.
- Remove the alligator clip from the aerial input on the main chassis.
- See #17 Check after replacement of main chassis or modules, to finish the
on-site service.
- Unscrew the 2 screws in the main chassis holder and place the main chassis in
service position. See #5 Main chassis in service position for further information.
- Connect one of the ground cords to the aerial input on the main chassis using
an alligator clip. Connect the other ground cord to the wrist strap.
- Disconnect 1P016 (see
