Warranty and coverage

Valid for all products families.
The warranty doesn´t cover damages caused by unexpected situations,
accidents, misuse, negligence, modification of the equipment or any part of it by
not authorized personnel.
The warranty doesn´t cover damages caused by improper installation or
operation, or repair attempt by personnel not authorized by Tecnomotor.
Under any circumstances, Tecnomotor´s liability will exceed the original acquired
equipment cost. As it will not cover consequent, collateral and incidental
damages.
Tecnomotor keeps the right of inspect every equipment involved in case of
warranty services inquiry.
The decisions about repairs or substitutions are made discretionally by
Tecnomotor or people authorized by it.
The repair or substitution as defined in this warranty becomes the only
compensation for the consumer.
Tecnomotor will not be liable for any incidental or consequent damages caused
by misuse of equipments manufactured by it.
