2.1 Users Group
The product can only be used by qualified and properly trained personnel. People
during a learning, training or instruction process can only operate the equipment
under the permanent supervision of an experienced person.
All works on electric and hydraulic devices can only be done by people with
proper knowledge and experience in electric and hydraulic systems.
2.2 Declaration
The use of the product implies the tacit acceptation of the following terms:
Copyright
The software and data are Tecnomotor´s or his suppliers property and they are
protected against reproduction by the copyright law, international agreements and
other national legislation. It is not allowed the reproduction or publication, even if
partial, of the data and software, being any infraction at this level punished by
law. Tecnomotor reserves the right of initiate a criminal process against the
transgressors and to claim compensation for losses and damages.
Liability
All the data of this program are based as much as possible, in the manufacturer
and importer data. Tecnomotor doesn´t guarantee the software´s and data
accuracy and integrality. It is excluded the liability for damages resultant from
software and data errors. Tecnomotor´s liability is effectively limited to the real
value the customer spent purchasing the product.
This liability exclusion doesn´t apply to damages caused by intention or serious
negligence by part of Tecnomotor.
Before install, connect and operate Tecnomotor products, it´s
strictly necessary to read the documentation provided with
the product, paying special
instructions. In this way, for your own safety and for avoiding
equipment damage, eliminates uncertainty about usage of
the Tecnomotor product and about the consequent risks.
When giving a Tecnomotor product to a third, be careful to
include the specific documentation.
