Self-diagnosis
With the help of the self-diagnosis, the control system checks the function of the turbine and parts of the
electronics�

If no fault is detected, the suction is ready for operation after the self-diagnosis has finished. If an error is
detected, this is indicated�
Self-diagnosis can be started manually and then performed once�
⇒ Press operating mode key (21) for 3 sec�
♦ In the display "d" blinks�
⇒ Press Enter key (27)�
During self-diagnosis:
• An acoustic signal sounds�
• All displays are switched on shortly�
• A "d" (Diagnosis) is shown in the display (24, Fig� 2)�
• The control program checks various internal components�
• The suction turbine is switched on shortly�

Fuses
The protection of the suction device is achieved by two device protection switches (10, Fig� 1)�
A triggered device protection switch is reset by depressing the button�
Repeated triggering of a device protection switch is caused by a defect within the device. Send
the device in for repair!

Factory Settings
⇒ Switch the appliance off�
⇒ Press the [-] key and [+] key at the same time�
⇒ Switch device on and press the keys for 3 seconds�
♦ All 4 displays blink 3 x�
♦ All values are reset to the factory settings�
♦ The suction unit performs an automatic filter cleaning.
