Si la temperatura del punto de rocío se halla por
encima de los -10°C/+14°F, entonces se tiene que
secar el gas SF usando un aparato para manteni-

miento.
6.4.14 Medición de la cantidad de aire en el SF
Al efectuar la carga del interruptor nuevo, y después de
trabajos de mantenimiento, la cantidad de aire no debe
exceder el 5 %; se determina ésta con el aparato medi-
dor del porcentaje de SF
87727 Babenhausen. El aparato mide el porcentaje de
volumen de SF (mínimo 95 %).

6.4.15 Protección anticorrosiva
Controlar si está dañada la superficie del interruptor de
potencia. Hay que limpiar, dar una pintura de fondo y
laquear los lugares defectuosos.
6.4.16 Acontecimientos especiales
Comprobar si desde que se efectuaron los últimos tra-
bajos de mantenimiento se han documentado aconteci-
mientos especiales, por ejemplo, cierre y apertura no
correctos del interruptor o pérdida de gas SF

6.4.13 Measuring the SF
Before putting the breaker into operation, the humidity
of the SF -gas must be checked. For this a commer-

cially available dew point measuring instrument with °C
scale can be used. The maximum permissible dew
point temperatures at operating pressure correspond-
ing to the permissible humidity are stated below.

6.4.14 Measuring the SF

When the breaker has been filled with new gas and fol-
lowing maintenance work, the air content should not be
more than 5 % as measured with the SF
instrument 3-027 from DILO (D-87727 Babenhausen,
Federal Republic of Germany). This instrument meas-
ures the SF volumetric portion (at least 95 %).

6.4.15 Anti-Corrosion Protection
Check the paintwork of the circuit-breaker for damage.
Defective parts must be derusted, provided with a prim-
ing coat and varnished.
6.4.16 Special Occurrences
Check whether, since the last instance of maintenance,
any special occurrences, e.g. incorrect opening and
closing of the circuit-breaker, loss of SF
