Before using your appliance for the first time, read
the booklet carefully and keep it in a safe place.

BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME

• Before using for the first time, wash the
accessories (C, D*, E, F & H*) in soapy
water. Rinse and dry carefully. Warning:
the blades are very sharp, handle
cutting accessories (E & H*) with
caution when using or cleaning your
appliance.
Chopping and Blending (blade E)
• Place the blade (E) on the bowl spindle
(G) (fig. 1) . Pour the ingredients without
exceeding the maximum level. Put the
seal lid on (C) (fig. 1) .
• Place the motor unit (B) on the top by
turning slightly to correctly position it on
the bowl (F) (fig. 2) .
• Plug in the appliance and press the
On/Off button (A) , while holding onto
the motor unit (A) . You may select
either a low speed (A1) or a higher
speed (A2 Turbo) .

• At the end of preparation, release the
On/Off button (A1 or A2 Turbo), unplug
the appliance and wait until the blade
has come to a complete stop (E).
• Remove the motor unit (B), seal lid (C)
and blade (E) to empty the mixture.
