SERVICE CALLS

If all the conditions above are met, and the Allen Advance Table still will
not go into the manual flip mode, reset the power: press the On/Off switch
to off and then to on.
THE PENDANT CONTROL AND MANUAL FLIP
INDICATORS ARE FLASHING
Make sure that the flip handle is fully in the up and locked position or
down and released position. If the indicators continue to flash, reset the
power: press the On/Off switch to off and then to on.
THE BRAKES LOCKED AND UNLOCKED
INDICATORS ARE FLASHING
Press and hold either the Lock or Unlock Brakes pendant control until the
applicable Brakes locked/unlocked indicator on the display stays on; the
indicators are no longer flashing.
THE ALLEN ADVANCE TABLE "BEEPS" WHEN A
PENDANT CONTROL IS PRESSED
A "beep" from the Allen Advance Table indicates that the battery charge
level is low or depleted. Plug the Allen Advance Table into an applicable
power outlet to charge the batteries. To keep the batteries charged, plug the
Allen Advance Table into an outlet nightly and when you store the Allen
Advance Table.
SERVICE CALLS
When you call Allen Medical about your unit, be prepared to give the serial
number from the product identification label. You will find the label on the
inside of the head-end base near the on/off switch.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

WARNING:
Only Allen Medical-authorised persons should service the
Allen Advance Table. Service by unauthorized persons
could cause patient fall, injury, or equipment damage.
We recommend that you do annual preventive maintenance on the Allen
Advance Table. An effective way to reduce downtime and make sure the
Allen Advance Table operates correctly is to do preventive maintenance.
