CLEANING THE DUST FILTERS:
Every 200/300 hours of operation, or whenever necessary, check the dust filter Detail 4 Fig. 12. For deep cleaning, remove it from its
housing. First of all, lift the debris hopper (as illustrated in Fig. 10) by acting on the lever Detail 1 Fig. 10. After lifting the hopper, insert the
safety pin Detail 1 Fig. 14. Bend under the filter and remove the Detail 1 Fig. 12 vibrator connector.
To remove the filter from its housing, undo the brackets that hold the filter in place Detail 2 Fig. 12. After doing this, lift the filter using a
forklift, making sure that the internal measurement of the brackets is suitable for the size of the filter (adjust the brackets at the correct
distance between from each other and lock them in place) or manually, (minimum 2 people required). Then keep the filter raised from the
ground using a forklift.
To clean it, first of all shake it (not too hard), and use a compressed air gun or similar equipment to thoroughly clean the inside, as
illustrated in Fig. 12. When remounting it, make sure that the black gasket is always installed and centred properly.
Make sure that the filter is always in excellent conditions and change it whenever necessary.
DUST GASKETS:
Every 70/100 70/100 hours of operation, check the conditions of the dust gaskets Detail 1 (mobile) and Detail 2 and 3 (3 fixed) Fig. 13
surrounding the central broom Detail 2 Fig. 4 and adjust and/or replace them as required.
IMPORTANT: When replacing the gaskets make sure that, once they are mounted, the side ones (the shorter ones, in total 2) are raised
from the ground by about 2 mm.
CENTRAL BROOM:
Detail 2 Fig. 4. Every 50/80 hours of operation, or as needed, make sure the central broom is in good condition, especially if you suspect
that cords, wires, etc have been accidentally collected.
If it is necessary to remove these materials from the broom, you must:
Lift the debris hopper as described in Fig. 14 until it is possible to insert the safety pin between the column and the hopper arm.
As soon as possible insert the safety pin and slowly lower the hopper until making it rest
on the column; the central broom can then be inspected.

ATTENTION: When the procedure is complete, in order to remove the safety pin, lift the hopper slightly in order to
remove the pin, pull it out and put in the relevant stops under the seat.
IF YOU TRY TO LIFT THE HOPPER WITH THE SAFETY PIN INSERTED, IT WILL INTERFERE WITH THE LIFTING PISTON ROD.
BE CAREFUL!!!

ATTENTION:
To check or replace the engine oil wear gloves, possibly cotton-lined nitrile ones;, and dispose of the waste oil
responsibly as it is highly polluting. Dispose of the waste oil in compliance with the laws in force. Read the attached
instructions booklet for the motor carefully, and note:
1.
Check the oil level every 20 hours of operation.
2.
First oil replacement after 50 hours of operation; the sump contains approximately 1.5 kg of oil. The recommended oil for
temperate climates is 15W-40 multi-grade for diesel engines; when using the machine in non-temperate climate zones, find the
suitable type of oil by referring to the engine manual.
3.
Then replace the oil every 125 hours of operation.
4.
Clean the engine air cartridge every 10 hours of operation, or sooner if necessary, and replace when necessary (see engine
manual).
5.
Replace the fuel filter cartridge and oil filter every 250 hours of operation.
6.
Periodically check the level of the solution in the battery and if necessary top it up with distilled water.
