Troubleshooting

Problem
The shaver blade does
not turn
The handpiece will
not run
EN-30
Possible Cause
The shaver blade is not
inserted properly.
The handpiece is not
properly connected to
the console.
The cord is
malfunctioning.
The footswitch cord is
not properly connected
to the console.
Possible Solution
Remove the blade and
reinsert it according
to the instructions in
the "Installing Shaver
Blades" section of this
user guide.
Remove and reconnect
the handpiece cable to
the console according
to the "Connecting
the Handpiece to
the Shaver Console"
instructions in this user
guide.
Send in handpiece for
repair.
Remove the footswitch
cord from the
console and reinstall
it according to the
instructions in the
console and footswitch
user guides.
