operate the control until you are sure
that the tool-holder arm has completed
its movement and is therefore in the
correct working position.
- Two-position lever (C, Fig. 14) that
controls turntable opening and
closing.
- Two-position lever (D, Fig. 14) that
uses a horizontal movement to
rotate the tool unit (only for the
automatic version).
- Three-position lever (E, Fig. 14)
that controls the rotational speed
of the turntable.
IMPORTANT: With the lever set to the
first speed, the turntable will rotate
clockwise at an ideal speed for the
grooving operation.
- Button (F, Fig. 14) that, when
activated together with the trolley
translation control, increases the
speed.
- Emergency button (G, Fig. 14a),
positioned on the left side of the
console, allows to cut off the power
supply to all machine controls.
IMPORTANT: Once the emergency but-
ton is pressed, it must be manually reset to restore the power supply to the controls.
VERSION WITH GROUND CONTROL
LEVER
- Four-position lever (A, Fig. 15) that:
• Uses a horizontal movement to control
the translation of both the turntable
trolley and the tool-holder arm.
• Uses a vertical movement to control
the upward/downward movement of
the turntable arm.
- 4-position lever (B, Fig. 15) that:
• Uses a horizontal movement to con-
trol tool unit rotation (only for the
automatic version).
• Uses a vertical movement to control the upward/downward movement of the tool-
holder arm.
IMPORTANT: When moving the tool-holder arm to the working position, continue to
operate the control until you are sure that the tool-holder arm has completed its
movement and is therefore in the correct working position.
