For a good bead breaking result, both in

the front as well as in the rear, insert
the bead breaker plate between the rim
edge and the bead until just touching
the shoulder of the rim.
N.B. To optimise the bead breaking opera-
tion, adjust the inclination of the bead
breaker disc (G, Fig. 11) using the locking
pin (A, Fig. 36).

correctly.
Mount the second bead using the bead
breaker tool.
Insert the side ring and lock it with the
specific lock ring (Fig. 37).
If the tyre is tubeless, insert the sealing
ring between the rim and the side ring.
If the wheel has an inner tube, insert it
in the tyre prior to mounting, stretching
it out uniformly inside the tyre, slightly
inflated.
TYRE GROOVING
After positioning the wheel with the rim on the turntable, position the speed selector
to the first speed and then start the rotation of the turntable using the specific control.
At this point, the turntable will rotate at a low speed and only in a clockwise direc-
tion. Turntable rotation can also be activated for this operation with a pedal control,
using an accessory kit.
STOP PROCEDURES AND DEVICES
The machine is powered by turning the main switch (Fig. 18) located on the electric
system box to zero.
All the commands located on the control lever are interrupted by releasing the
command itself (dead-man switch).
