using the control lever until it is coupled
with the bead.
Once the operation is complete, stretch
the tyre, moving the rim away from the
tool to force the bead into the well.
Insert the specific lever (Fig. 25b) between
the bead and the rim, to the right of the
tool, to prevent the bead from being re-
leased from the tool.
Move the rim towards the tool and turn the
wheel in an anticlockwise direction until
the front bead is completely out.
Place the wheel on the machine surface
and move back the rim to create the space
necessary to easily remove the inner tube
(Fig. 26).
To remove the rear bead, proceed as indi-
cated in Fig. 27, inserting the tool between
the rear bead and the rim and making the
wheel move towards the operator until
the bead is up fully against the front edge
of the rim.
Insert the lever between the bead and
the rim edge and turn the turntable in an
anticlockwise direction until tyre demount-
ing is complete.

WHEELS
N.B. Once the demounting phase is com-
pleted, the tool and the rim are located in
the exact position for starting the mount-
ing phase.
Tighten the pliers (A, Fig. 28) on the front
edge of the rim.
Move the tyre's rear bead beyond the
pliers and turn the wheel clockwise until
mounting is complete.
To make it easier to insert the inner tube
(Fig. 26) place the tyre on the surface.
Position the tool near the valve with the
reference mark flush with the rim and
tighten the pliers (Fig. 29) above the tool,
