- Two-position lever (C, Fig. 15) that
controls turntable opening and closing.
- Three-position lever (D, Fig. 15) that
controls the rotational speed of the
turntable.
IMPORTANT: With the lever set to the
first speed, the turntable will rotate
clockwise at an ideal speed for the
grooving operation.
- Button (E, Fig. 15) that, when activat-
ed together with the trolley translation
control, increases the speed.
- Pedals (F, Fig. 15a) that are used to
rotate the turntable in a clockwise or
anticlockwise direction.
- Emergency button (G, Fig. 14a), po-
sitioned on the right side of the console, allows to cut off the power supply to all
machine controls.
IMPORTANT: Once the emergency button is pressed, it must be manually reset to
restore the power supply to the controls.
IMPORTANT: With the application of the accessory radio kit, the emergency button
becomes a stop button.
WARNING
When locking a rim, continue to operate the control to make sure that the maximum
pressure (180 bar) has been reached, which can be checked on the pressure gauge (C,
Fig. 11).
WARNING
The distributor-turntable pressure tests are performed with the wheel mounted.
WARNING
When working, always control the pressure of the turntable
NOTE.
Also check the pressure during tyre mounting and demounting operations; to solve
rim settling problems, continue to operate the locking control.
WARNING
The ground control lever (trolley type) must never be positioned in an area where
water can stagnate.
WARNING
For the version with the ground control lever with the application of the optional radio
kit, the commands are sent to the machine via the radio transmitter. To guarantee
