WARNING
Bring especially heavy tyres as close as possible to the base before completing
demounting.
DEMOUNTING
AGRICULTURE WHEELS
Lock the wheel on the turntable.
Operate the control lever to lift the wheel so that
the rear edge of the rim just touches the bead
breaker disc (Fig. 24).
When the tyre is deflated, turn the turntable in
continuation, moving it a little at a time using
the specific control.
To make the bead breaking operation quicker, oper-
ate the control that adjusts the rotational speed.
N.B. In the case of radial tyres with a delicate
side or rims with a very high edge, move the bead
breaker to a depth between the rim edge and the
bead, as far as the base of the shoulder of the rim.
When the bead breaking is complete, lu-
bricate the bead and the shoulder of the
rim using the specific grease or a soapy
solution, keeping the wheel in movement.
Return the tool-holder arm to the front.
To decrease translation time, use the
specific control.
Repeat the same operations for front bead
breaking.
Turn the tool unit to continue with the
removal of the first bead.
Move the wheel against the tool (Fig. 25)
