Preparation of clamping device

1. Frame with distributor rail
2. Fold out the two stands on the frame of the clamp-
ing device.
3. Attach the distributor rail 1 687 419 049 (Pos. 1)
with two cheese head bolts M6 x 12 to the mount
(Pos. 2).

Preparation of injector holder

1. Attach the operating lever (Pos. 2) to the injector
holder (Pos. 1) with two cheese head bolts and
spring lock washers.

The mount (Pos. 2) and the hexagon socket head
bolts M4 x 10 and M6 x 16 are included in the parts
set 1 687 016 069.
2. Attach the mount (Pos. 2) to the injector holder
(Pos. 1) with a hexagon socket head bolt M4 x 10.
3. Screw the hexagon socket head bolt M6 x 16 into the
mount.
