Cases not involving a machine defect
The
settings on the projectors are not set
for the Intellectual Stack feature.
Check the following settings on the Main and
Sub projectors.
- STANDBY MODE in SETUP menu:
NORMAL
- COMMUNICATION TYPE under
COMMUNICATION in SERVICE menu:
OFF
- STACK LOCK in SECURITY menu: OFF
The remote control is pointed at the Sub
projector.
When operating in Intellectual Stack, only
the Main projector is capable of receiving the
remote control signals. Therefore, point at the
Main projector when

Adjust the ZOOM ring, VERTICAL adjuster,
HORISONTAL adjuster and the FOCUS ring
