Select the lock for the chosen amount of weights.
(SEE WEIGHTS AND LOCKS CHART).
To unlock, it is necessary to support the dumbbell on a surface.

PERFORM THE PROCEDURE FOR DISMOUNTING
THE WEIGHTS ON A SURFACE.

After supporting the dumbbell, turn the lock
counterclockwise untilthat the lock is fully unscrewed.
NOTE: After each series of exercise check the locking system and
make sure it is in the proper position to ensure safe use.
