Procedure:
1. Check the SELV circuit for visible dirt before mounting the assembly. If dust or other deposits
cover the assembly, it must not be used. Contact the Service.
2. Check whether the printed circuit board centering
bolts are present and securely in place at the
respective positions in the inverter. If any of the
printed circuit board centering bolts are missing,
insert the printed circuit board centering bolts from
the previously removed assembly into these
positions in the enclosure.
3. Clean the supporting surfaces of the power modules
in the enclosure. To do so, use isopropyl alcohol
and a lint-free cloth provided in the scope of
delivery.
4. Carefully remove the AC power controller assembly upwards out of the packaging. When
doing so, ensure that the thermally conductive plastic is not damaged or contaminated.
5. On the rear side of the AC power controller assembly, check the pattern of thermally
conductive plastic for damages and impurities.
