then with buffer solution 4.00. The temperatu-
re is unimportant as it is measured by the tem-
perature sensor and automatically compensa-
ted for.
After successful calibration, "Calibration OK"
will appear on the display.
Press OK to confi rm.
Press the Menu key to show the main display
page which permanently displays the most im-
portant values (Item 5).
Dispose of the buffer solutions, briefl y rinse the
cuvettes in tap water and dry them on paper
kitchen roll.
Install the pH sensor in the darkest possible posi-
tion with good water fl ow in the aquarium. The
sensor can be immersed to a maximum of 2/3 of
its length. The sensor lid with cable should not be
immersed in the water. The temperature sensor
can be attached at any position in the aquarium
using the suction pads provided. Any setting on
the menu (Item 9.1 – 9.11) can now be selected.
