E. Remove the nut (fig.9, n°21), washer (fig.9, n°22) and flange (fig.9, n°20) in order to remove
the blade (fig.9, n°19).
F. Remove the blade with a rotating movement in order to get it clear of the side guide.
Repeat steps F, E, D in this order, bearing in mind that the nut (fig.9, n°19) needs to be tightened
anticlockwise.
Connect your machine to the mains supply; it is now ready.
Check that your approved agent has recorded his work in your service booklet in order to maintain
your 5-year warranty cover.

DESCRIPTION
Connect the machine using the cable (fig.2, n°14).
Switch on the main switch (fig.2, n°13).
Check that the cover has been replaced correctly (fig.2, n°3, 5, 7).
Check whether the blade needs replacing (fig.8).
Leave the bread to cool down for a few hours.
Feed in a loaf of the specified size.
Feed in a loaf that is sufficiently firm.
