The MDS4001 series has a 120V AC adaptor port to allow you to supply power from an outlet in your
home. We recommend you only use the AC adapter (item number: M-IADE01) intended for the MDS4001
series items. Please contact Medline at 1-855-441-8737 if you would like to purchase an AC adapter.
Connecting the AC Adapter to the Monitor:
1.Insert the AC adapter into an outlet.
2.Connect the AC adapter plug into the AC adapter port on the right side of the device.
Disconnecting the AC Adapter from the Monitor:
1.Turn the device off by pressing the START/STOP button.
2.Disconnect the AC adapter plug from the device.
