装置の用途と性能
MD441，641，643，2C レースゴム送り装置は、ショーツ・ランジェ
リーなどのレースゴム付けにご利用いただけます。縫製データを設
定することにより、レースゴム付けを地縫い感覚で行えます ｡
この装置は、Ａ〜Ｚまでの 26 品種のプログラム ( 品番：縫製品の
種類やサイズ ) の設定・記憶ができ、１品番のプログラムには１〜
５までの５種類のパターン ( 工程：縫製品の縫製箇所 ) を設定でき
ます。また、１〜５までの各パターンには、各々テープカッタの前 ・
後 ( カッタを縫い始め・縫い終わりで作動させる ) の設定と１〜７
までのステップ ( 縫製中のイセ込み箇所の切り替えやイセ込み量 )
の設定・記憶ができ、各ステップは手動モード ( ステップの切り替
えを膝スイッチで行う ) と自動モード ( ステップの切り替えを針数
で自動的に行う ) も任意に選択できます。
注）MD441 では、テープカッタ機能はオプションです。

各パターン毎に、最大７ステップまで、
送り量及び針数を設定することができます。
また、最少１ステップのみでのご使用も可能です。
■プログラム ( 品番：縫製品のサイズや種類 ) は、Ａ〜Ｚまでの 26
種類できます。
例えば、ゴム幅が同じであるという条件で、次のように品番設定
します。
●ショーツ脚回りのプログラム 2 種 ( Ａ , Ｂ )
（サイズ・デザインが異なります。 ）

leg openings of different bottoms of
panties.
■Ａ〜Ｚまでのプログラム ( 品番 ) 26 品種には、各々１〜５までの
2 種類の送り量のパターン ( 工程 ) があります。
例えば、右の脚回り・左の脚回りがあります。

(operations) per item.

Applications and performance
The MD441, 641, 643 and 2C are elastic lace feeder for attaching elastic
lace to panties, lingerie and similar garments. All you have to do is enter
sewing data into the controller, then inserting and attaching elastic lace
are just as easy as plain seaming. 26 programs (items) from A to Z (kinds
and/or sizes of garments) can be entered and stored. Up to five patterns
per item (sections to be sewn in a garment) can be entered and stored.
Where to operate the tape cutter (at the start or end of sewing) can be
programmed in each pattern (1 to 5). In addition, up to seven steps
(changing where to use fullness application and the amount of fullness
application during sewing) can be programmed and stored. When
switching steps, you can select either MANUAL (switching by the knee
switch) or AUTO (switching by stitch counting) mode as you require.
Note : The tape cutter function is optional on MD441.
