生地センサの調節
縫い始めの生地端を検知してからの針数をカウントしますので、
イセの切り替え位置が安定します ｡
感度調節方法
注意 CAUTION
縫製する生地に適切な感度調節をしないと、縫製中にテープ
カッタが誤動作する場合があります。危険ですから必ず専門技術者
が適切な感度調節を行ってください。
Authorized technicians are allowed to adjust the sensor
properly according to the fabric to be sewn. Otherwise the tape
cutter could get activated unexpectedly during sewing.

の下に生地が無い状態で、調節してください ｡
Ensure that no material is inserted when adjusting sensor

の左から 4 番目のランプがつくまで、感度調節ツマミ

を回してください。

until the fourth from the left of indicator lights
turned on completely.

感度調節ツマミ

を 5 番目のランプがつく位置まで徐々に時計
方向へ回してください ｡

Turn dial
clockwise slowly and stop turning dial 4 until the fifth
light is turned on.
生地の有るときと無いときのランプの点灯・消灯状態を十分に確認
してください ｡
（生地が有るときに、ランプ
ださい。
Check the indicator lights carefully if they are turned on/off correctly
with fabric or no fabric. (Confirm that the lamps indicated by
all terned off when material is inserted.)
注１：センサ光が透過しやすい極薄生地の場合は、下記の調節を
行ってください。

てください。

がつく位置まで、徐々に時計方向へ
回してください。
注２：センサの反射面 ( 針板上面 ) が汚れていると誤動作の原因
になりますので、針板上面はいつもきれいな状態にしてお
いてください ｡

Adjusting the sensitivity of sensor
The fabric detection sensor detects the end of the fabric at the start
of sewing so that the controller can count the number of stitches
from the end of the fabric to a part of ruffling.
Therefore switching a ruffling operation is correctly done.
