OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Read the instructions carefully before using for the first
time and follow the instructions in order to get the best
results from your universal mixer.
Wash the mixer before you use it for the first time. Add a
drop of oil to the metal rod for optimum performance and
to avoid friction. (a)
1. Unscrew the lid, pour in the ingredients and close. Bring the handles up into a
vertical position, then pull up and push down repeatedly and rapidly to activate
the mixer. The propeller will move up and down, rotating automatically. The
handles must be pushed right down into the axis of the split section of the lid
to ensure that the propeller reaches the bottom of the container. (b)
2. When adding ingredients during mixing, unscrew the lid just enough to be able
to see the holes around the outer edge.
3. For serving: unscrew and remove the lid, the propeller and the metal rod. The
removable base can be used as a lid for storing the dressings or sauces.
4. Storage: good for 1 day in the refrigerator with the silicone lid on.
A FEW TRICKS:
Mayonnaise: keep adding a small amount of oil bit by bit (4 to 5 times). Finish by
adding vinegar or lemon.
Egg whites: use eggs fresh out of the fridge.
Whipped cream: Use whole cream taken straight from the fridge.
CARE:
Dishwasher safe or wipe clean with a sponge (caution : the screw-thread inside
the container and the plastic helix can be sharp).
Clean with soapy water before using for the 1st time.
