Problem
The programme does not start
Detergent residue remains in the detergent
compartment:
Water remains inside the dishwasher at the
end of the programme
The dishwasher stops during a washing
operation
Sounds of dishes moving around and banging
are heard during washing
Check / Solutions
• Check that the socket is plugged in.
• Check the fuses in your installation.
• Check that the water inlet tap is on.
• Check that you have closed the
dishwasher door.
• Check that you have switched off the
dishwasher by pressing the On/Off
button.
• Check that the water inlet filters and the
dishwasher filters are not blocked.
• You inserted the detergent while the
compartment was wet. Make sure that
the compartment is dry before putting
in the detergent.
• The drain hose is clogged or folded.
• The inner filters are clogged.
• The programme is not yet complete.
• Power failure.
• Water supply cut-off.
• Programme in suspended mode.
• The dishes are not loaded correctly.
• The spray arm is hitting the dishes.
