4 WHEN THE UNIT GOES OUT OF SERVICE
Once the unit is arrived at the end of its life cycle and needs to be removed or replaced, the following operations are recommended:
• the refrigerant has to be recovered by trained people and sent to proper collecting centre;
• compressors' lubricating oil has to be collected and sent to proper collecting centre;
• the frame and the various components, if not serviceable any longer, have to be dismantled and divided according to their
nature, particularly copper and aluminium, which are present in conspicuous quantity in the unit.
These operations allow easy material recover and recycling process, thus reducing the environmental impact.
5 DISPOSAL REQUIREMENTS
Dismantling of the unit, treatment of the refrigerant, of oil and of other parts must be done in accordance with relevant local and
national legislation.

unsorted household waste.
Do not try to dismantle the system yourself: the dismantling of the system, treatment of the refrigerant, of oil and
other parts must be done by a qualified installer in accordance with relevant local and national legislation.
Units must be treated at a specialized treatment facility for re‐use, recycling and recovery. By ensuring that this product is disposed
off correctly, you will help to prevent potential negative consequences for the environment and human health. Please contact the
