CAUTION!
Use is permitted only by trained personnel.
The EcoAdd must be operated only by personnel trained in its use, under
observance of PPE requirements and these operating instructions. Suitable
measures must be taken to prevent access by unauthorised personnel.
We expressly recommend using an access code to secure the pump.
CAUTION!
EcoAdd Do not operate if you feel drowsy, are physically unwell, or under the
influence of drugs/alcohol/medication, etc.
DANGER!
If you believe that the unit can no longer be operated safely, you must
decommission the EcoAdd immediately and secure it so that it cannot be used
inadvertently.
This is the case if:
– There are visible signs of damage
– The EcoAdd no longer appears to be functioning correctly
– Disinfectant escapes uncontrollably
The following instructions must always be observed:
n After prolonged periods of storage under unfavourable conditions
(perform functional check).
Prior to carrying out any work on electric parts, switch off the power supply and secure

the system against being switched back on again.
n Observe the safety regulations and wear the required protective clothing when working
with chemicals. Attention must be paid to all information included on the product data
sheet for the dosing medium used.

Intended use also includes compliance with all control and operating
instructions prescribed by the manufacturer, as well as with all maintenance
and servicing conditions.
