CAUTION
Please set the time before you put the watch
on. This prevents lateral pressure on the
winding stem. Please use your fingernails
to pull the crown out and turn it gently
between two fingertips.
Never pull out the crown in a humid envi-
ronment or underwater: the water resist-
ance of your watch is assured only when
the crown is pushed home.
Your watch has two central hour hands
(solid and skeletonized) that move syn-
chronously and can be either superposed
or separated in order to display a second
time zone.
The crown is used to move the local time
hand clockwise or counterclockwise in
one-hour step.
Disable the movement if you do not intend
to use your watch for an extended period of
time (crown pulled out to position 3). This
prevents unnecessary discharging of the
battery.
We recommend that you take your watch
to an Authorized Patek Philippe Retailer
for any battery replacement.

SETTING THE TIME –
HOME TIME
The reference time for your watch is the time at
home. To set the time, first pull the crown out to
position 2.
Then, move the local time hand (solid hour hand)
until the two hour hands (solid and skeletonized )
are superposed. Now, pull the crown gently all the
way out to position 3 and move the hour and minute
hands in either direction until the desired time is dis-
played. The day/night indicator
6 o'clock lets you check whether you have set the cor-
rect time (white = from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.; blue = from
6 p.m. to 6 a.m.). Once you have set the correct time,
push the crown home again.
