040264 MONTAGEANLEITUNG
1.
Die Haltestange auspacken und den Inhalt mit Hilfe des Teileverzeichnisses
prüfen.
Im Bereich der Befestigungspunkte den Unterbodenschutz entfernen.
2.
Den Stoßfänger demontieren:
- 4 Kunststoffklipse an der Unterseite des Stoßfängers entfernen.
- 1 Schaube in der linken und rechten Radschutzkasten entfernen.
- Die Rücklichter demontieren (2 Schrauben/Rücklicht).
- Die daunter befindliche Schraube entfernen.
3.
Falls das Fahrzeug Parksensoren hat; den Stecker abziehen.
4.
Die Kunststoff Stoßfänger-Anschlußplatte an der Unterseite des
Abschlussbleches demontieren.
5.
Einen Ausschnitt in der Anschlußplatte gemäß Detail 1 vornehmen.
Die Anschlußplatte wieder anbringen.
6.
Den Innenstoßfänger demontieren. Der Innenstoßfänger wird nicht mehr
benötigt.
7.
Zwei Ausschnitte im Abschlußblech gemäß Detail 3 vornehmen.
Alle Kanten und Unebenheiten an den Anlageflächen abfeilen.
8.
Eine Scheibe ø25x10.5x4 IM Chassisrahmen legen (Löcher „B").
9.
Die Haltestange im Chassisrahmen schieben. Die 4 Muttern M8, Federringe
A12, und Scheiben ø37x13x2.5 an den Löchern „A" montieren. Die 2
Schrauben M10x30, Federringe und Scheiben ø30x10.5x2 an den Löchern „B"
montieren.
Die Haltestange festziehen. Handhaben Sie hierbei die Anzugsmomente gemäß
Seite 2.
10. Den mitgelieferten Elektrosatz für Montage vorbereiten.
11. Einen Ausschnitt im Stoßfänger gemäß Detail 2 vornehmen.
12. Alle in Punkt 2 und 3 entfernten Teile wieder montieren.
13. Gehäuse und Steckdosenhalteplatte (Loch "C") mit 2 Schrauben M10x100(10.9)
und selbstsichernden Muttern
Handhaben Sie hierbei die Anzugsmomente gemäß Seite 2.
14. Den Elektrosatz weiter montieren.
15.
Die Kugel anhand der beiliegenden Bedienungsanleitung montieren!
an den Löchern „D" und „C"
montieren.

040264 FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Unpack the support bar and check its contents against the parts list. If
necessary, remove the underseal from around the fitting points of the luggage
compartment/frame members.
2. Dismount the bumper:
- Remove 4 synthetic clips on the lowerside of the bumper.
- Remove 1 screw in the LH and RH wheel arch.
- Dismount the rear light units (2 screws/unit)
- Remove the screw underneath.
3. If the car is provided with parking sensors; detach the plug.
4. Dismount the synthetic bumper connection plate on the lowerside of the rear
panel.
5. Make a recess in the bumper connection plate according to detail 1.
Replace the bumper connection plate.
6. Dismount the inside bumper. This will no longer be used.
7. Make 2 recesses in the rear panel according to detail 3.
File away all sharp and raised borders in position of the contact surface.
8. Place 1 washer ø25x10.5x5 IN the frame member at the holes "B".
9. Slide the support bar in the frame members. Mount 4 nuts M8, spring washers
A12 and washers ø37x13x2.5 at the holes "A". Mount 2 bolts M10x30, spring
washers and washers ø30x10.5x2 at the holes "B".
Attach the support bar. Use the tightening tolerances as shown on page 2.
10. Prepare the provided wiringkit for mounting.
11. Make a recess in the bumper according to detail 2.
12. Replace all removed parts mentioned in point 2 and 3.
13.
Mount support and socketplate (hole "C") at the holes "D" and "C" using 2
M10x100(10.9) bolts and lock nuts.
Use the tightening tolerances as shown on page 2.
14. Mount the wiring kit further.
15.
Mount the ball in accordance with the Operating Instructions
